    My wife and I stopped by on our way home. The restaurant was crowded. We anticipated a long wait. Surprise. In less than a couple of minutes a waitress appeared with menus. Our orders arrived, piping hot and delicious less than ten minutes later. I want to compliment management for being far-sighted enough to make sure the staff in kitchen and front of house were enough to handle the rush. All too often restaurants skimp on staff to improve the bottom line,. You guys get it. The sooner we get served the sooner you can have a table for the next hungry guest. Great management.
